Refund policy

Due to the nature of health, wellness, and personal-care products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Medications, supplements, tablets

  • Nasal sprays, eye drops, ointments, or creams

  • Suppositories

  • Any product with a broken seal

This is for safety and hygiene reasons.

Eligible Returns
We will replace or refund an item if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The package was lost in transit

  • The item has a manufacturer defect

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method in 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
